Brazilian Model 1908 Mauser Stock

Anybody have experience with putting a Remington bdl stock on a 1908 Brazilian Mauser.
I have 1908 with a rubbery type stock and have a chance to pick up a nice wood Remington bdl stock.

Wow, not much in common between the two actions. You will be forging
new ground there and may be both adding and removing wood to make this
work.

Suggestion would be a lot of patience, a good router, lots of bedding compound and the money to buy a properly inletted stock after you've messed up the BDL stock and thrown it away.
