The guy sold it to me. I also bought a Loaded M1A from him last week. I still have the "big bling". She has paid on it twice.

IIRC the desert warrior was a "non series II" ie no Schwartz safety. Same as some of their newer carry models (can't recall the series name) . Too bad they're not all that way.

The Desert Warrior does not have the safety according to everything I have read.

I shot this pistol today for the first time. I was very impressed. I shot better with it than any handgun I've ever had.

It's a series 70 type gun no Schwartz at all and a great gun to boot I have one myself that has been perfect in abround 3000 rds.
