Old man chunked out 25 plus rounds of the RCBS 180 grainer over 7.0 grains of You-Neek. Did a lot of damage to the center of the old-school yellow and green target. No idea of velocities, COL, or other niceties. Dunno where the GC ended up.

Nice to have the Manage Attachments working again.

First pic is an early version, later with a 10 1/2" barrel. Stainless cylinder is the original 357 Mag, 9mm cylinder was supposed to be 357, when i received it turned out to be a 9. I am early in loading for the 357-44. Looks promising so far:D

Encore. Sorta overkill, but it works and it's paid for.

I have lust in my heart for the 222 Remington, but the Encore barrel would be enough to beat any ravenous squirrel to death if it got close enough. Sheesh, who would accuse S&W of having brains... A 21 or 24 inch 222 Contender would be sweet.

Saw some bad grouping from the 357/44 today. Most likely a combination of not enough glass (for my Dad, that is), plus a too-soft loob. Using my precisely calibrated ears, the crack sounded a little bit like he was pushing the 180 grainer hard.
