I got this mold originally for my Model 19 S&W and LOVE it in that revolver. Then I did aver dangerous thing - I started to think. Have any of you ever used this boolit in a 9mm? My mold drops them at .3595 from COWW. Using 4.3gr of Green Dot in a .357 case I get great groups with the 357. I'm thinking the wider meplat would make a good SD boolit, but will sizing to .357 or .358 for use in the 9mm cause any problems I'm not thinking of? If it matters, I tumble lube with 50/50 LLA/JPW.

I would size to .358, see if they chamber and then shoot them if they do. If it were me I would stoke the cases with 3.5 -3.8gr. Bullseye and see what ya got.

That was my original thought. I've just never shot FN in an auto, so I wasn't sure if feeding would be a problem.

I do that exact thing in my Beretta 92 and it works fine.

Feeding isn't an issue unless you are getting large case bulges. I size mine to .357 to avoid this.
The nose profile works fine in my 9mm. Lots of people shooting the 125 rf in 9mm. Just test the OAL till you get the right length for your pistol.

maybe just bumping to .356 for the 9mm should be good, seeing how the mold drops them at .3595,you may not need to size them at all just a good 45/45/10 lube

I also shoot them in the 9mm , just be careful of OAL. Plunk test and adjust your load down if the Plunk yeilds a shorter than normal OAL. Mine load real short to chamber in my BTA 90, but shoot well. It must have a very short throat. A search on this forum will yield lots of info on this combo!

Runs good in Glock 19 with factory barrel, BHP, and a Blackhawk convertible sized .358 over power pistol.

I have this boolit in a 2 cavity, unfortunately when I started loading for 9mm I started loading for LOTS of 9mm's. While this boolit will work in 9mm I found it must be loaded deeply to function well. I purchased a 6 cavity 120 TC for 9mm, and will try in .357/38 powder coated.
