I am thinking or start casting for my old IHMSA 7 BR for casual shooting.
Any suggestions?

I am using this http://castboolits.gunloads.com/showthread.php?156890 with stellar results. I use it for IHMSA. Currently using SR4759 powder until it runs out.
PM me if you have any questions

I use the Lyman 287641 with 20 gr. 4895 for chicken, pig, turkey. Then 24 gr. for rams. Shot several 40's

JUST casual shooting has many definitions! I've used a lot of different molds for the 7mm BR in my XP. For tin cans and paper, any thing works. Deer hunting needs a 140 to 150 grain projectile(IN MY OPINION!). Ground hogs and squirrels can be shot with a very light bullet, or a very heavy one ,IF it is accurate. The size and weight isn't as important as the accuracy. I'd just grab a mold and cast a few to start shooting. I have 8, 7mm molds and have used them all in 7TC,7BR, 7IHMSA,7-08 and .280 Rem rifle and pistols.
