for holes in paper a 457 round ball is cheap and works fine.

The lee molds work fine in mine and my buddys. I use the DC slug mold, makes about a 200grain slug, shoots great and have taken 2 deer under 40yds cleanly with it!

I've always used the Lee .457 RB mold with good results. Never tried conicals in the ROA.

The Lee 45 REAL shoots well in mine but I use .457 balls most of the time .

My ROA shoots the Lee 220 conical, very well. Just be aware that the heavier boolits will require a taller front sight! This is an easy fix on a stainless one, not so for a blued model.

Ruger will send you a .45 Colt Blackhawk front sight for free if it's pinned.

I designed a few boolits at Accurate. I wanted a WFN.
