I purchased a group of Lyman top punches that had several I needed, and some I did not. A couple are not listed anywhere I can find and I have included my best guess of what it would fit even if other sources list something different for that mold. I measured the outside of the punch to get an idea of caliber.
97 a .35 caliber punch with the hollow for a spire point tip but rounded near that cavity, looks like a 35897/358097 would fit right
103 a .40 caliber punch for a round nose, best guess is for a 427103 even though punch is exactly .4"
175 a .41 caliber punch for a flat nose, best guess is a 415175
379 a .275" punch for a long spire point, best guess is something like the 291379
