Green sabot and .429 lee 214 grain ?

Ii was wondering if anyone cast there own bullets for the free sabot .;429 214 grain lee. Gonna try it in my white mountain carbine. Thoughts?

Yes it shoots fine in my CVA Hunterbolt. I use Triple Seven but one day i might clamp it to the bench and try Trail Boss. The CVA can't be weaker than an old Colt SAA

I use the 44 cal 240 gr SWC Lee with the green sabots in my White Mtn carbine. With 78 gr of FFF Goex, it shoots better than I do. I have used that load for elk and it really does the job.

Well I just shot 5 of them from my white mountain carbine, 60 grains of Pyrodex, deadly!
