Basically, my problem is slow flow into the sizer. what can be done about this?
I confess I let my lubra sit in the cold basement untouched for about 4 months. I heated the lubra with a hair dryer and had some success but I feel the flow holes in the base may be obstructed. (??) I am thinking of just dropping the beast in boiling water to loosen things up, but will this help?
If I lower the boolit, and let it sit for about 40 secs the grooves will fill up, eventually.
What the hey is going on? I thought I would ask before I tore it down. thanks

it sounds like you need more heat.
If you are using this in a cold room and the boolits are cold, Besides heating the lubesizer, maybe preheat the boolits too.

Mine takes a good while with a hair dryer or a lamp to get the lube around the die warm. Maybe try heating it a bit longer next time and focus on the die area?

Ever tried to put a thin piece of flat iron under the lube sizer and heat the iron by putting a normal "old" clothes iron on it for constant heating to your heat setting of choice. This way the whole lube sizer is heated.
