My shells are a little longer than normal on a roll crimp load I have. (triball) I was wondering if it mattered? The shell is the same length and should still shoot the same. I did double and triple check to make sure I did not add a little extra powder. I hand weighted each charge. I think once a shell is blown out as long as it is cut to the right length it should be good? Is this correct? Thanks!

You're right---the pressure might actually be a little less than the load data predict, but it will probably be very close. In any case, there's nothing to worry about. A roll crimp just takes a little less of the hull length than a fold crimp, but the overall fired length of the hull is the most important thing.
