ok guys I,m a kinda new 2 casting can any one tell me about this mold NOE 311041 thanks

For many years 31141 ( or sometimes you'll see it listed as the 311041 ) was the " Gold Standard " bullet for the 30-30 Win. and continues until today to be a great choice for the 30-30.

It also shoots very well in the other .30 cals also , like 308 Win, 30-06, 30-40 Krag, etc .

I wouldn't be without mine !

For several years, I used the bullet with a HP pin that went to the crimp ring on the bullet. That meant that roughly 50% of the bullet was HP cavity. That made for a bullet that was far too explosive on white tail deer.

I shortened the pin to what you see below.
Now, it works VERY WELL ! !

Of course, the bullet is also deadly used as a solid.
