I got this in the mail today. I thought it was gonna be a load all. Anyone ever see one like it? It doesn't have a model or anything just says lee. Can't find anything like it on google.

Btw this is for loading 12ga.

The only reason I knew was because somebody posted it in the reloading gear that didn't pan out thread a few pages back.

Surprised it ended up there. It seems like a really neat press

Appropriately named given it's final destination.

I had a couple of them years ago. They use a different resize ring than the loadall and the crimp starter reverses for 6 or 8 point. They are very flimsy, but they do work.

Yes, they all nailed it. Load All Jr. Unbelievably, Lee thought they needed a "cheaper" press to offer against their Load All II, which functioned more like a Mec single stage with on board hoppers, charge bar, etc. My first LA II retailed for about $30 when I got it in '84. IIRC the Load All Juniors were something like $20?

I'm not knocking them, I had 3 Load All IIs and they all loaded good ammo. Its just funny, that's all.

Apparently someone was fearful for the chrome plating on your socket sets,,,,,[smilie=1: Thanks for posting it, I would like to hear how it does.

As I recall this was a completely manual machine, requiring you to measure both shot and powder and pour it into the shell?

Just a step up from a Lee Loader was my thought when I first saw one, never bought or used one, got a MEC Jr for 20 at at yard sale and never looked back.

Let us know how well it works for ya!

I just need hull prep for buck, ball, and slug and that is perfect for me. Will look for one and try it out.

I don't have the sizer ring for this one. I got a loadall for 20ga as well. I don't mess with 12ga much

If you decided you don't like it send me a PM and see what we can work out.

I got one of those used for $5 about 30 years ago. It came with the adjustable shot dipper, a 20 gauge and a 12 gauge sizing ring. If you have not discovered by now you can just pull the crimp starter off and turn it end for end to switch between 6 and 8 point crimps. When I first got my MECs I used the LLAJr to make up tests of the powder, wad and shot column. Eventually I got my skeet loads set using that tool and never changed them again. Then I took it to work as a gag and conversation piece on my desk.

Just picked up one of these at a local gun store for $5 thought it would come in handy for slugs or some black powder loads.

been trying to research this press for a couple days now.

I knew you guys would come through if I searched long enough.

Would have posted a picture if i only knew how, or had a camera that would work with my computer.

THANKS

A little gun shop I frequent has one for 15 bucks or so, I thought about picking it up for my slug and buckshot shells.
