Can anyone tell me exactly what this is? I know it's some kind of sorter.105728105729

Does the center spin when you plug it in and turn it on? I don't see how it could sort anything, with no way to feed items in or out.

Any sort of instructions or data plate?

I has a motor on the bottom. It has grooves for something, but the construction of the unit makes it look like it is meant for a manufacturing plant situation where it lines up shafts. Does not look like it is for reloading.

That is a collator, they generally just properly orent parts for a machine to preform other processes.
