I put in a order with MSouth yesterday but they were out of the RCBS-30-150FN mold I planned to order. They don't carry Saeco but MWay does and I wondered if anyone had any experiance with their 150FN mold? Looking at the pictures, it seems the Saeco has one more lube groove than the RCBS but both are gc'ed.

BlueMoon. Have both, can't give you any reason, other than cost, to favor one over the other.. no need for both in my exp....unless you are thinking maybe a 4 Cav.. Onceabull

Thanks, I was wanting the 2cav and only have one Saeco mold but like it and I'm starting to like the couple of RCBS better than several Lymans I have.
David R,
That's a fine bullet but I have quite a few that I bought before I started casting and I just don't like the looks of bullet from the single cavity Lee I've got in 150 as much as the other two.

I've owned and shot both the 30-150-FN and the Saeco #316. The RCBS runs a little bigger diameter wise as well as meplat. The RCBS mould casts better than the Saeco. Other than that, it's a toss up between the two in my opinion./beagle
