Help load data?

I have i # of Reloader15 and need to know if you can use it in a 7.62x45 VZ52 or 7.62x39 data will work I have searched and no luck and powder is hard to find. Any help would be appreciated.

RL15 is likely on the slow side for 7.62x45, since it is slower than 4895, which is slow in the 7.62x39. But on the slow side can make a good cast boolit load. There's a few surplus 4895 loads on castpics for the 7.62x39, 28gr, that would make a good starting point for you. I also found this on the surplus rifle forum: I'm using a Hornandy 123 grain .311 soft point bullet. The charge weight is 34 grains of Reloader-15

From my reading, I suspect you could work up a load with that powder using a Dacron filler/buffer. I am about to embark on such a project in the near future, but I have no detailed info for you today.
