I've made a few holsters in my time, and there is no way I would make and sell that for $50.00. It might be different if I had a leather sewing machine.

I wish I would have been around when the local shoe repair guy finally retired for the last time, I heard he sent his machines to the dump.

Very nice! A great looking rig! You'll turn some heads wearing that! Nice find!

Mk42gunner - I make holsters, gun belts, etc. as well and I fully agree with you! Even with a sewing machine you couldn't make out at that price with the tooling. I hate to say it . . . but you're "aging" yourself! LOL :-) "Shoe Repair Shop"????? Kids today wouldn't even know what you're talking about! LOL The other day I was talking about a shoe repair shop that used too be in business and a younger person (20's) was listening in. They'd never heard of a shoe repair shop. Their comment was "When your shoes wore out, didn't you just throw them away and buy a new pair?"

Yet another post that proves it would be nice to at least know the state the poster was from.

Considering leather cost and time to tool like that she should lose money on every one sold.

"Hecho en Mexico" or not I would like to have one or two just like that.
