Sort of a combo if indirect/smoked chicken breasts. Brined for an hour and a half, then liberally coated with my rib rub.
About 2 hours low and slow. Had a can of water in there for hydration, and a section of mesquite log for smoke. Came out GREAT. Served with fresh green beans.
Today?? Brats, various colored bell peppers and mushrooms coated in olive oil and garlic powder granules.
