What is the method (secret) to tighten the mushroom head Ideal bolt on the handles? Both ends are mushroom heads and putting a wrench on them or in the vice - not enough head height to gripe the bolt
Thanks Kindly for Looking

I do think they are more of a rivet. I think I tightened one using Jons method. Go slow, it's easy to over-do, and hard to un-do..

actually, it's just about as easy to undo.

when Hammering on one side, I put a large socket to support the handle (not the rivet on the bottom). Tap lightly and it should loosen.

I learned this from a fellow caster here. I had a couple real tight ideal/lyman single cavity handles. I was about to just dump them, the fellow caster gave me the advice, once I got them loosened, it was easy enough, one actually got too loose and I just tightened it up. once you start hammering on them, realizing it's basically a large rivet, you will get the feel of it in no time.
