I have had issues with heeled bullets recently and in the past, and thought others might find this solution useful. If I size and flare a case, how do I remove the flare? If I just seat the bullet in an unsized case, how do I get any tension to keep the bullet from falling out? By putting the cartridge in an appropriate neck diameter Lee rifle FCD. For example, .38 Short Colt in a .35 Remington FCD, the .32 Colt with a 7mm FCD(remember, neck diameter, not caliber), and todays example is 10.35 Italian in a .405 Win FCD. A chunk of something needs to be cut as a spacer to push the cartridge up to where the crimp collet hits the case mouth. No mods required, unless you want to. It does leave a slight reverse taper if you really lean on it, but you could always lap out the taper or reverse the taper. Quick to since it goes as fast as you can drop a round in the top of the die.

Uncrimped, loaded round from unsized brass, bullet can be removed by hand:

Same round now crimped, bullet does not pull out or rotate:

Great Idea. I work with 32 Colt and this will help a lot.
