This one was 816$ to the door, case feed/collator. I had runa lee "U" size die (45acp). Station 1 the brass would move. Called dillon, they said use dillon 45 sizer, so l did. Its working and also l came up with a case retainer in station 1. Seems to help. No case retainer in station 1 with case feeder.

Some jbweld and paper clip:

Also a shake brake installed to the floor. Aluminum triangle and a "LUND" chrome cargo bar from ebay. Solid as a rock and that table leg on that corner is in concrete floor.

- A conclusion is the place where you got tired of thinking.

Now that is clever, I've got 2 550's with case feeders, both at times will pull back the brass, gotta see if I can do what you did, worth a try, Thanks.

Very good solution. Maybe you could sell the notion to Dillon. Probably not as they seem unwilling to make such improvements.

Now you guys, they want do that! It is a a quick a easy idea that could be made to perfection. I'll send em a pic if they wanta see it. I been tricking and flippin 550's and 650's on ebay not for much money but for learning curve. I have a hinge primer cam for 650 coming soon when Wade has time to help @ machine shop. I have him working on my pedal magma-star sizer now. Yea, bicycle pedal parts to pedal my Star and free up both hands and can stop easy if problem comes up.

Guys & gals, dont firget to add shake brake to all ya presses! Chrome cargo bar came from ebay (LUND). I made triangle from aluminum.

I have mounted my press on an Inline Fabrication's Ultramount. It does not move while I am loading so I have no need to drill holes in my press to mount a shake brake thingy.
