Does anyone know what this is? It cuts like lead but feels like rubber. Its not magnetic and looks like metal mixed with something. It was in one of the smaller buckets I found.

I'm not sure exactly what it is but I call it a rubber wheel weight. I've encountered a few of them myself. Apparently it is some sort of rubber impregnated with lead or some other material. I toss those as I don't think it's anything I want in my mix.

You got some trash there my friend. Non-lead, safe for the environment, save the whales, love a hippy, stick-on wheel weight. Pitch it in the trash.

It has about same stuff as the magnetic stickers , good for, well NOTHING
