Anyone use this? I ordered some from Midway to fill out an order. I plan to use it in one of my unheated RCBS Lubrisizers. I'm hoping it'll work as a general purpose pistol lube.

Well, according to Midway's lube temp chart, it is very similar to Thompson Blue Angel and my experience with Blue Angel indicates it is usable without heat if the work area is warm, but it works so much better when just a little heat is applied. I bought my Blue Angel when Thompson first started and it was really cheap even for those days, so I bought plenty. Also a good supply of Red Angel. Still use Blue Angel in one of my Stars but have pretty much gone to Carnuba Red for about everything.

Works fine, but it does need a little heat in cold weather.

Ya, heat? Been needing that eveytime I try to lube bullets around here. Will it warm up some day?

Needs heat in my experience unless it's about 90 where you lube. Also witnessed lube failure with it during cold weather once rounds reached ambient temp. This was in 9mm, 45 auto and 45colt.
