Positively slowed down for (video) production. At the rate the video showed production, the mags would cost more than the rifle.

Looks much like a 1950s US factory - no interlocks or hand guards - those machines would be shut down
by OSHA immediately here. I've been in many Russian/East block factories - that is a fairly nice one.
