OK;
1. I did a "search" for "7-08"& "7-08 Rem.", got zilch , NADA, nothing listed,
2. I remember when the GB was being discussed for a 7 MM mold, one load that was posted that proved successful in my 7-08 V is 16.0 2400 with the Saeco # 070
3. I'm saving my limited supply of 2400 and am looking for data with 145 -155 gn & 165 th 175 gn. bullets

Thank you

I don't shoot one but have successfully extrapolated data for a 280 Rem from both 270 and 30-06. I substitute a 140 gr boolit for a 30 cal 150 or a 130 .277. The same powders are generally good and I would feel confidant doing the same for 7/08 and 308.

RCBS 7mm-145-SIL

WW748, 27 grains with 1/2 grain dacron filler shot best in my 7mm08, with 9 out 10 shots ranging from a low of .772" to a max of 1.132" @ 100 yards. Also messed with SR4759 with less than stellar results.

160 Lyman ( 285641) over 23.0 gr of 4759 does it in my Savage Striker , I'm working on some now with RL7 none with the Lyman boolit but 22-22.5 of RL7 seems to work with 130 Lee's.

Thank you all for the help, 748 is a powder I have plenty of as well as AA 2230 which has shown good results in an M1A with a 200 gn bullet

I haven't worked with either of those powders in the 7-08 but I have used H4895 and reloader 7 to good effect. My records indicate the heaviest load of the three was 30.5 grains of H4895 for 1925 fps in my 22" ruger with the 150 NOE hunter.
I never pushed the 168 gr RCBS, 145 RCBS or Saeco 071 quite as hard.
