Got the throat reamed out weather is kind of bad so i just steped out the back door and fired 16 rounds and they all went to battery and fired just fine. I've got a old mil spec barrel from an auto-ordnance and the reamer droped in it 0.160 deeper than the ruger barrel and when I got done with the ruger I had reamed about 0.150 deeper. Now the whole family of 45's is digesting my reloads. This makes me very happy its been a long bad winter so I have over 2000 reloads of 45's and 5000 bullets cast up between my son and grandson I don't think those 2000 will last very long but it's worth every pull of the handle to have us shooting togather. Once again I would like to thank everyone who took time to post thier thoughts and advice.

Got it at Brownells .45ACP BBL THROATED .4415 PILOT no. on the reamer box 513-053-441 hope this helps

I just ordered some new mags from Wilson Combat. Mine were feeding kinda funky. I also had some rifle chatter from when they cut the rifling. I've been lapping them out. It is getting better. I have now put about 900 rounds through my SR1911.
