Lyman 450 problem.

Hi, I was adding lube to my 450 and the pressure screw backed out. Does this just thread into the base somehow?

It doesn't thread into anything. The screw has a flat head on the bottom of it and it inserts from the bottom. If it came out than the head may have broken off. This happened to me so I welded it back on which worked for a little while, but it just broke again. I ordered a new one from Lyman for around $6 and haven't had anymore problems.

Well I ordered a complete new screw assembly for 18 dollars plus shipping. I have no idea how old it is so this one should last my lifetime. Thanks again baer.
