I have about 30 22lr I would give to anyone that wants them. PM me your name and address and I will put them in an envelope and mail it to you.

If no-one wants them I am going to throw them out.

Put them in a plastic container, start saving them when you come across them. If they are undamaged, you get like 1000, then you can sell them to some swager.

Yes, I could do that but I don't know how long it would take me to shoot that many 22lr these days. 20 or 30yrs ago I might do it in a month easy. I'm willing to send them to someone free of charge and I'll pay the postage. Thought someone might want them but I guess into the garbage they go!

I've got about a hundred I'm saving. Love the idea of swaging 223, just cat bring myself to spend a grand on the setup.... yet. Got a few hundred more 22 rounds left to pop off so I can decide to sell or PIF the brass.

I'm guessing I don't have any Swaggers in my area. Cause I have a plentiful supply of 22 LRs cases being left at the ranges I go too. It's nothing to find a couple hundred any time I go brassing. Just wish someone would leave some 22 shorts they make great 45 grs!

You could always trim ;) as much as a pain it is, better to have something and cut it than not have at all! And still count the shaving as scrap, that's almost gold!

Yeah, me too! Really, I can hit any range & scoop up 500 undamaged 22lr cases in a few minutes. I need to find a Olympic shooter to befriend for 22 shorts.

Ok now as I have the same situation I can't scoop them up in a few minutes, it takes me 20 minutes to pickup 500 or so and then my back aches...so what is your secret?? I do have 1 range that has an indoor 22lr only range with a bucket that at sometimes does or does not have anything in it.

Bring a broom and one of those waste buckets they use at a movie theatre. Never bend over again!

I am currently sorting brass for sale for the local club here in Florida. I've already sorted about 3/4 of a five gallon bucket of .22 LR brass. I use .22 LR brass for swaging into .224 bullets, but I already have three buckets full that I brought last fall from Maine. That's at least a lifetime supply (I'm 62 now).

The club will otherwise take these to the scrapper, for cash. IF anyone is interested, I could box them up, and sell them to you for what the club gets for scrap, $2 a pound, plus shipping. Act fast, the bucket goes to the scrapper this week. PM me if any interest.
