Worked out fairly smooth, with a few "whattheheck" moments (safety detent spring CAN be installed backwards!).

Tools needed:
9/64 allen wrench for stock bolt
5/64 allen wrench for sear positioning screw (comes with RB SAV-R)
1/4" open end or box end wrench (Jam nut on sear positioning screw)
Standard screwdriver, small blade (3/16 to 1/4 is fine) for removing e-clips

Remove single stock bolt, remove stock.

Drop the mag, then check the chamber. Place safety to FIRE, pull the trigger back, and the bolt drops free.

Remove both e-clips and the rectangular retaining clip. Do NOT push the pins through, yet.

Tension the safety detent spring enough to pull up on the safety (pivot pin comes up with it). Leave pin in safety, place the safety and the retaining clip off to the side.

Pull the finger lever (aka "trigger") pin up and out, drop the finger lever, and once out, place the pin back thru the trigger. Slip the e-clip sorta back on the pin, place off to the side.

Push the front end of the sear down (it is spring loaded) and work the sear pivot pin out. Drop the sear, once out, put the pin in it and slip the e-clip sorta back on it. Place off to side.

Now the safety detent spring is laying there on the trigger housing. Lay it off to the side.

Assemble RB Sear-
Following the instructions, use the weight of pull (short .183 long) allen screw at the front of the sear. Use a caliper as a depth gage, set the screw .020-.040 below flush. Stick the longer of the two RB springs in. Align the sear to the pivot hole and push the pin in until the grooved end is flush with the trigger housing.

Install safety detent spring. Refer to the illustration, the loop goes to the front, over the sear pivot pin. With the sear pin high, it is MUCH easier to get the spring over it....

NOW take the original finger lever (trigger to us neanderthals) and put the "hook" into the rear facing angle of the sear. Now the trigger is a lever pulling the sear against the weight of pull spring at the front. Jigger it about until the trigger pivot pin aligns, and push the pin in until it is flush on the other side of the trigger housing.

Push both pins all the way through, lay the e-clips next to 'em, and push home with the screwdriver.

Take safety and pivot pin, push pin in, depress safety spring some to allow detent spring to seat in a catch. Work safety and assure correct operation. Replace rectangular clip.

Install sear positioning spring, followed by the sear positioning screw (.250 long allen screw). It is hard to get a feel for adjustment, since it has a thread locker on it. If you screw it in too far, the sear will not catch the bolt. Test the trigger until it works. Put on the jam nut when the adjustment is close...

I have the synthetic stock and it reassembles without an issue.

Now to actually fire it.
