I haven't been around here for a while...
Back when I was visiting on a regular basis this "powder coating" boolits thing was just gettin' started... and as I remember the guys were spraying it on. Now I'm catching references to "tumbling"... both dry and with some sort of carrier or solvent, and then baking.
I tried a search... which produced a few threads... but they weren't really what I was lookin' for. For the most part they were reporting results, but not the "how to" I'm lookin' to catch-up on. One thread was like 100+ pages, which I started reading... it went back to the "spraying" technique (maybe I should have read more?).
I was hoping you guys could bring me up to speed on this...
Looking for the good as well as the bad... technique... pitfalls... consequences... any consensus(s)... etc.
Maybe y'all could point me to a couple threads on the "how to" of this "tumbling" rather than "spraying"..
Personal opinions welcome also.
Thanks guys...
