First I want to extend an very heartfelt THANK YOU to all who have passed on a good word for us in our time of need.
A while back I had posted up that my mom wasn't doing so well. She was lifted up by the prayers put forth here as well as numerous others from friends and family and has spent several good weeks with us and other family.
We lost our son in law on Saturday, and I got the call a few minutes ago that Mom has also passed around 05:15 this morning. This didn't come so unexpected as the SIL, but the loss however is still just a s real.
Myself at the moment I am fine, as I know in my heart she is at peace, without pain, and in a much better place now. I come here this morning asking once again for your prayers for her numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren to whom she has been like a mom towards.
My daughter and her children will surely be hit the hardest, being we will be laying her husband to rest tomorrow and then Mom on Friday or Saturday. I know she is strong as an ox, but this is going to hit her like a freight train.
