Lee turret press to pro 1000

Hi all, i just purchased a lee turret press on ebay used. It was listed as a pro 1000. It is only the body and it looks like a pro 1000. Can i convert it by buying a top ring or just return it. I have two pro 1000's and a 3rd one would be great. I load 6 calibers and lots of them thanx lenny

The Pro-1000 and the standard 3-hole and 4-hole turret share many parts but the rams are different as well as several other minor parts.

For what its worth I saw that listing on ebay. I emailed the seller who evidently was not a reloader and told him it was a turret press (with a few missing parts) and not a pro 1000. I also asked a few questions about what was missing. I never got a reply so I did not bid. Looked like to me by the pic to put it back together along with the selling price you would have close to what the non cast turret cost new.

Save your pennies and buy a new one, or complete used one. The parts can be had to make either one but you're money ahead to buy complete.
