is there a rimless brass you guys are using to make 510 diameter swaged bullets?

Try 284 Winchester or 7.5 Swiss. Neither would be cost-effective over RCE's 50BMG jackets, though.

.50 AE and .458 Socom would work fine too.

.500 bullets might bump to .510" in the right die

If you want to make your own 0.510 jackets, copper tubing is probably more cost effective than any fired cartridge case. I have the dies to do it but have not done it yet. I am told the belted magnum cases work. I think one of the Corbins makes a die to shave the belt off. Actually, RCE's jackets are the most cost effective of all.
