Hey fellas:
I know that is is not the place to sell items, but figured it would be read by interested parties of the BPCR.
I am selling my Uberti 1885 HiWall in 45-70 caliber. I just do not shoot it enough to warrant keeping it. This is a beautiful rifle, that shoots as good as it looks. Barrel length is 30" with the 1-20 twist. The bore is perfect and has only had cast shot through it. I bought this rifle brand new at Sportsmans Warehouse a few years ago.
I load and shoot the Lyman Government boolit over 70 grains of Goex 2f. This rifle is a sweetheart to shoot. Recoil with this load is very tolerable. I have shot two boxes of these loads in one sitting (from the bench) without any problem.
The scope is the Leatherwood Hi-Lux 6x18. The scope is crystal clear with factory end caps.
