Greetings all,
I have recently purchased a Dillon 1050, and the big spring at the back of it had this red goopy grease on it. Needless to say - they grease is a catch all for the powder that bounces out of the cases. When I changed the tool head - I wiped the spring, and knocked off the waste powder. What grease should I use to relube the spring, and other parts of the press?

Thanks

That spring needs no grease.

The ram needs a light coat of 30wt motor oil per Dillon's recommendation.

I then look at other points where parts are wearing together and lube with light grease.
