I placed an order with Dillon back on March 17th. The item was listed as being in stock, but today the order still says "Processed" on their site, doesn't say shipped. Are they that backed up on orders? Or should I call and find out what's up?

It never hurts to call. They are big on customer service.

It means that it may or may not be shipped within the next two and one half months. At least that's what it meant on my last order for .357 mag dies.

They're good folks, they're just snowed under with orders now.

I would call them. I got my 550b plus a lot of other accessories within 10 days.

I usually order dillon stuff from brian enos. He sells it but it is drop shipped from dillon. I usually get it within 10 days.

I almost placed an order last night for a 650, and all the goodies to reload 380, 40s&w and 357 and it all showed in stock. I know last year when I ordered 380 dies and conversion kit, there site showed the kit but back ordered on the dies. Atleast then they kept up with the web site, I ended up calling and ordering directly and had them ship it all at once. Was quoted 30 days till the dies would be ready, had my order at the front door less than 20 days later.

Give them a call, but be prepaired to wait on the phone for a bit 15~20mins.
