I think that would be OK, what problems do you think you may have ?
They may even shoot without going down .001

If it chambers, shoot it

It is entirely possible that they'll shoot better at .402" as cast. Mine do.

i shoot them at .403 and .404 the way they drop of course the barrel slugged at .402 I have my crimp die set to right where they will chamber good if they where a little over they will squeeze down in the crimp

as long as the loaded rounds plunk in to the chamber if you take your barrel out and drop some in they will be fine , they are lead they are softer and glide better than copper (unless your chamber is wildly larger than your bore , but fat bore usually accompanies fat chambers ) oh and I am not hot rodding anything

.402 wont chamber in my Lone Wolf 10mm.without going to the reamer. I was just wondering if boolit accuracy would be affected by sizing down to .401 or should I just sell them?

Since .402 won't chamber, sizing them down to .401 shouldn't effect accuracy...but really, only that individual gun can tell you that fact !

and really... boolit hardness and the load's chamber pressure will probably be the real issues regarding accuracy.

Another option would be to check case wall thickness on your brass and then try a different brand with thinner walls. You might find a brand that is thin enough to allow you to chamber your .402 boolits. That's only a reduction of .0005" in the case wall to make up for the .001 reduction in boolit diameter.

That might be more effort or expense than you want to invest in the project so, like those suggesting it above, I'd just load up a batch after sizing to .401 and see if they shoot well.

0.001" is an easy transition in sizing, so no worries there. Go for it.

The secret is not to size down so much that you loose the lube groove(s). 0.001" smaller shouldn't be a problem to attain.

Got my lone wolf 10mm barrel today. I had the "glock hole" reamed. DT .402 200 grain loads just fall in now without over seating and over crimping

I size .459" 45/70 boolits down to .452" for use in my .454 Casulls.......works just fine.
