I just finished pulling the bullets on four bandoleers of Greek HXP ammo meant for the .303 British . Powder is a ball or flattened ball about forty-two grains per case and the bullet is a hundred seventy-four grain flat base .
My wild guess on the matter is that the powder is in the 4895 range but I don't know that for a fact .
Can anyone help me figure out what the burning range of the stuff is ? I recovered about a pound of the stuff and if I can use it in something I'd rather do that that make the lawn green .
Thanks , Jack
