I have a 58" Lee two cavities REAL mold.
When I put it against a source of light (with spur plate open), I can see a gap right between the bullet holes (from center to center).
Is it normal?
I can not see any burr.
Thanks
Martin

I would not worry about it too much, it is pretty common. If the boolits come out good and shoot good is what matters.
Your eye can see a very tiny opening, even one hard to measure.

Same thing on my Lees, no issues.

I have a few Lee moulds that don't come together quite perfect. I just got in the habit of tapping the mould with the spue knocker and that usually takes the gap out plus make sure the mould is lubed good.
