Hi Folks,Have two 25cal rifles I would like to have a go at casting for.230.3000 savage 99 and a custom mauser 98 in 303.25 improved.BUT the main problem I have is the lack of 25cal moulds here in Aus.Cast Bullet engineering make em but are pricey.

So the next question is,Anybody have a spare good quality mold for sale?I am thinking of about 100 to 120 gn range.
Lionel.

I have bought 25 cal cast bullets from this guy
http://www.westernbullet.com/cbip/cbip.html
I have a VZ24 that I rebarrelled to 257 Roberts Ackley Improved.

I also have a Sav99 250S take down with rotten 250S barrel.
I am going to buy a 250S reamer and get a new barrel and fix that rifle up.

Lionel,

Send me your address Down Under and I'll mail you some genuine .257 diameter 100gr spitzer shaped "fishing sinkers"

I'm coming home from Iraq in a couple days and I've got some of these specific shaped fishing accouterments sitting on a shelf at home. Guaranteed to drop a "rabbit fish" or two with my 257 Roberts style "fishing pole".

Bruce Drake, thank you for the offer.Jacketed bullets are no problem here as we have Tiapan bullets and are good.I was after a 25 mold and I finally won one on good old flea bay.
Thanks.
Have a great trip home and enjoy the new year .
