I have a shorter wildcat cartridge, 300 GNR case length about 1.375. Is there a universal neck sizing that uses bushings? The case neck is thicker than most as it is made from 30-30 rifle cases. I can inside neck ream them to reduce the overal diameter if required.

There are a few choices that work for many cases but your 1.375 case might require a little work.

I have a Redding neck Type S bushing die for the .308. Due to the short fat .308 csse configuration this die will size about 40 different case necks by changing bushings.

The .308 die is too long for your 1.375 case but there is no reason that you could not cut off the die and use it.
You would have to make sure the resulting die would be long enough to screw into the press threads and still reach the shell holder.
If Redding makes the same die for the 6mmBR or 7mmBR Remington you might be able to use it right out of the box.

They make one for the 7.62x39 which has case length of 1.52...maybe

If you have access to something that can accurately cut the collet, a Lee collet die can be modified to fit anything. The example is of a .25-06 die cut up and with extra spacers to make up for the waste material to fit several cartridges between .25 Remington and .25-06. You just put the cut section above the collet section under the plug.

Spacers under the collet, never thought of that, brilliant! I make oversize mandrels to get perfectly sized necks for varying boolit diameters, but I always put a spacer on top of the shellholder for different calibers.

Yes, at Track of the Wolf, expander plugs and the Lee Expansion Die ... http://www.trackofthewolf.com/Categories/PartDetail.aspx/1221/1/DIE-377-EXP
Just turn the 377 plug down to the size you want

No problem brother. I believe CH4D uses Wilson bushings which is a plus for me.

Take care
