Lee pot Temp control

I have a LEE 10lb. bottom pore pot and I just got my first thermometer.

I have always cast frosty boolits with it.
Now with the new thermometer I see that my pot will not get any cooler than about 750 degrees at its lowest setting.Thats if the Lyman therm is any good>it kind of jumps up temp to temp and then about the time its settled a little bump makes it go up a little more.

Does anyone know if I can adjust/bend something to help change the thermostat?
