I've looked through the usual sources. Nada.

Note the leading driving band has more surface area than the bottom two. The parent material looks like it had the dimensions to cherry over the original 303.

Likely post production?

It looks to me like it was modified from the original design, maintaining the spacing of the bearing surface bands, but reducing the depth of the lube grooves.

I agree. It's a much heavier bullet. I meant to weigh it before posting.

It looks to me like someone modified the cavity by running in a simple D bit making the original lube grooves shallower and cutting the new nose.

I don't recall seeing anything like that shape before, so probably just the result of the doable.
