Anyone have experience using cast boolits in a 7.62x54 dragunov.
I am thinking about trying some, just wondering if anyone has a load that shoots well and cycles the action.

Not a true Dragunova Snyperskya Vintovka, But I did shoot some in a Romanian PSL which is a Dragunov copy but with Kalashnikov gas system. It shot as well as my M39, with 20 grs of 5744 and Lee 312-185 barely functioned the action but a True dragunova has different and somewhat adjustable gas system, may take less pressure to function properly. Let us know how it works out.

I too have a Romanian dragunov, shoots well with surplus ammo have never tried cb's but would like to as long as it causes no problems with the gun.
