Was getting a little low of my stash, so had too take care of that, this was done in about 4 hours or so, close to 400 lbs, best thing about it was the w/w were already in 25lb ingots, mixed with some mono and this is what I got. Smelter is 2 turkey fryers welded together in an angle iron 'cage', my pot poundage was about 200lbs at a pop. This will keep me going for awhile.

...and how I hope for warm weather so I may put my DCROCKETT 1/2-Freon pot on my single propane burner to melt coww's, hoping I don't miss any zinc ones while pulling clips out and alternating beeswax and pine sawdust to flux -- to hopefully maybe 45-50 pounds in a session, pouring into assorted ingots. Quite the gorgeous and practical set-up, SWANEEDB!!! My kudos! That you do 100 pounds in an hour? Incredible!
BEST!

Nice setup! Where did you get the molds with tabs? (aluminum?)

They came from the forum here, awhile back a gent was making them, one is a 'redneck gold', really nice molds 'alum', have not seen the gent offering them for quite a spell.
