Just traded for a virgin valley arms in a 22" 260 what I need to know is where I can find a forearm for the barrel

Ebay, Brownells, Gunbroker, MidwayUSA. E. Arthur Brown also carries Encore stuff. Between those vendors, you will find what you need.

There are a bunch of Encore guys on Specialty Pistols along with a couple of vendors that make stocks and forends. Also check with Boyd's Stocks as the have some Encore/Contender wood on their website.
