Guys,

This IS NOT my auction (like I would sell a Star). I have NO connection to the seller. I know NOTHING about this Press.

I was lookng around ebay this morning. This auction was posted in the wrong area of ebay. Only 49 have viewed the auction.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Star-Universal-Reloading-Press-45-ACP-/291100140809?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item43c6eba509

It appears to have a lot of extras, read the description, etc

I just checked it with just under 6 minutes on it and no bids.

IMO this is more than I would pay for one because I can get a Dillon for less and have money left over for components.

The proof will be how many times it is relisted before it sells or he changes the asking price.

Will watch it with interest.

as I suspected no bidders, I was watching during the last 60 seconds, curious to see if some "sniper" ws going to bid it and low late they would wait.

I added it to my watch list and I am sure it will be relisted soon, sould be fun to watch, LOL!

The seller has now re-listed it under presses & accessories . It had been previously listed under "priming tools"

I'll bet he was surprised when it got more looks in the last hour then the entire previous auction time!

For starting at $800, I don't think it will sell. But...stranger things happen on ebay

Hi,
I got into the Star Reloader business by buying 2 at one time for $500! They even came with case feeders! Go figure!

I got started in reloading in Colorado in the early 80s, because the department had a Star set up for .38 special. Got the bug and moved on to buying my own reloading setup and then got a Rockchucker. Then moved to a Dillon and now have several presses.
