265-310 wt boolit

does anyone here cast a 265-310 gr .430 cast boolit that would be willing to sell20 or so, so I may try them before I dump some $ on a new mold I may not like? would be used for hunting/practice.

I have used most everything out there for the .44 Magnum and from what is currently available in the weight range you specified, I would recommend the NEI .429-290-PB (#263). This is a fine bullet, and will handle pretty much anything in North America.

Is this too much bullet for the Smith 629? Will it have an adverse effect at about 1200 fps? Would there be an advantage of this 290 grain bullet to a RCBS 250K for deer and hogs?
