Calculating a Reduced Load/formula in Richard Lees book?

Do any of you use this formula?
With powder being hard to find,i would like to use up some of the stuff i don't use often,for some of my cast bullets.

Yes, I still use the formula from their 2nd edition book. It works best with medium speed powders in my experience.
