Nice Salad Dressing.

I have quite taken to this concoction that I tried out.
Grated Cheddar,Chopped Pickled Jalapenos,Mayonaise,Crumbled Potato Chips all mixed together.It has a lot of differing flavours going on,Sharp,creamy,some background heat and some crunch.It turns the humble lettuce into a culinary delight.

I found this one - and my daughter and I both crave it.
Its got a bold flavor, but its like garlic, once you eat a few bites - it tastes like another.
I like a bit more cider vinegar, aids the digestion.


Honky Tonk Sweet and Spicy Salad Dressing

Easy Serves:
6 servings Ingredients
1/4 cup sugar
1/8 cup water
3/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup cider vinegar
About 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/8 cup Sriracha sauce *
(mine is very hot so I add 2 spoonfulls and taste)
1/2 tablespoons sea salt
1/2 teaspoons ground dried ginger
1/2 teaspoons celery seed
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions
Blend all ingredients in blender. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Lasts good in the fridge. Once you get a good taste for it you get a crave for it.
