How do I remove the barrel/receiver assembly from the stock??:

Since it's a bolt action rifle, here's some general bolt action disassembly instructions:

1. Remove the bolt - there may be a bolt release (usually on left side of receiver) or you may have to pull and hold the trigger while you pull back and remove the bolt.
2. Remove the barrel bands and hand guards - there may be a barrel band spring you need to push in so you can move the bands forward and off the rifle. Hand guards lift up and off.
3. Remove the trigger guard screws (To deal with the rotary magazine: On the floor plate there is a hole visible at the front (muzzle) end. Using something like the point of a cartridge, depress the magazine plate latch in that hole, and while holding it depressed, rotate the floor plate 90 degrees, then lift the entire mag assembly out of the rifle. There are latch holes at both ends of the floor plate that allows it to be rotated back into position and locked in place at either end.)
4. Remove trigger guard/magazine
5. Reach through stock where trigger guard/magazine was and push up while lifting up and pulling up on barrel - barreled action should lift out.
